Samantha's Gift of Hope Grant
Meet Our Founder, Lisa Kaulig
Samantha’s Gift of Hope: Ohio IVF Grant Program
At Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility (RGI), it’s our honor and joy to help make your dream of having a child come true. One of the most important ways we’re able to do this is with in vitro fertilization, and specifically with our IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan.
This is why it’s also our honor to announce RGI's exclusive partnership with Samantha’s Gift of Hope to help qualified couples in our IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan with the financial aspects of the program.
To apply for a Samantha’s Gift of Hope grant, the first step is to start the process of enrolling in the IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan at any Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility office. Samantha’s Gift of Hope: IVF Grant Recipients
Samantha’s Gift of Hope has brought light and hope back to the lives of many families. This program helps couples enrolled in the RGI IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan bring a precious life into the world with a financial grant. Each quarter, one couple in the program will be selected from qualified applicants to receive a grant from Samantha’s Gift of Hope to cover the costs of the success program.
The IVF 100% Success Guaranteed Plan at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility, like its name suggests, guarantees you’ll take home a baby. The basis for this guarantee is three fresh cycles of IVF and an unlimited number of frozen embryo transfers. But the high-tech nature of—and hard costs involved in—these cycles mean the program is hard for some couples to afford. For couples enrolled in the program, Samantha’s Gift of Hope represents an opportunity to receive financial assistance through the IVF process.
How to apply for this Ohio-Based IVF grant

Samantha's Gift of Hope: Story
Samantha’s Gift of Hope is a charitable fund founded by Lisa and Matt Kaulig, a couple who had their own struggles with infertility.
When the Kauligs decided to start a family after being married for a few years, they were met with disappointment. They decided to look into fertility care, and they chose to go with Reproductive Gynecology as their trusted fertility team. With three cycles of IVF, Lisa and Matt were exposed to the expense and physical and emotional challenges involved—and, later, to the sheer joy of having a beautiful baby girl. They named her Samantha, and they later named their gift of hope to others after her.
“She is truly a gift and a blessing,” Lisa says of her daughter. “We would not have her without the amazing staff at RGI, and we will never be able to thank them enough. She is funny, and compassionate and brings joy to our lives each and every day. Our hope is that a fund in her honor will allow other families to experience having their own child/children and to give them hope that it is possible.”
